The Attorneys
Our firm has three attorneys:

Linda C. Kramer, JD,
MBA, RN
Linda is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law.
She is a member of the State Bar of California, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the California Association of Nursing Home Reform, and the State of California Board of Registered Nursing. She is also a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association (President of the Board of Trustees 2002 – 2004). In addition, she serves on the Advisory Board of Directors of Older Adults Care Management, a division of the Institute on Aging.
Linda received her law and MBA degrees from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and her nursing degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Deborah G.
Kramer Radin, JD
Deborah received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. Her areas of expertise include estate planning and administration, Medi-Cal issues, elder law and strategic wealth preservation.
She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Silicon Valley Bar Association (President of the Executive Committee of the Estates and Trusts Section 2006 – 2007), National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the California Association of Nursing Home Reform. She is also a member of the Hospice of the Valley’s Planned Giving Advisory Council.
Jerome Galli, JD
Jerome’s areas of expertise include trust and probate litigation, real property matters, business disputes, conservatorships, and employment law. He uses his experience in handling litigation and disputes to negotiate agreements and draft contracts that will avoid such disputes in the future.
Jerome received his law degree from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Silicon Valley Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and is a board member of the St. Thomas More Society of Santa Clara County.
